How We Got Our Start
Although it is simply a sign of ignorance to think that having a university degree in more than one field of higher education makes you only a well-educated person, it is also a manifestation of such shallow thinking that you can imprison yourself in these fields and think that you cannot succeed in different lanes. Therefore, reading has neither an age nor a place. When you try to improve yourself at any age and everywhere, you actually feel more deeply how much you lack knowledge. Accompanied by these principles, we are learning new things and improving ourselves every day with the motto of lifelong learning. We decided to create Momij Agency under the Durl-Connection structure in the fields of communication, management and organization in order to transfer the knowledge and experience we have gained in fifteen years to the right people in the right place.
The experiences we have gained both in the organizations we take part in our visits abroad, in international fairs and other events have shown us how important human resources management is in these areas. Together with our professional businessperson partner, who has as much experience in these fields as we do, we have decided to gather our activities under one roof, having the same goals, and created Momij Agency.
